The social donation system is an important part of the national emergency material support. Material donation is an important form and supplement of material support in epidemic prevention and control, and its response speed plays an important role in solving the urgent need of medical material shortage in the early epidemic period. This paper sums up and accumulating experience in the practice of material donation management in the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) Shelter Hospital, aimes at fairness of distribution, optimization of utility and transparency of information, the material donation system was formulated and the process was combed to form a material donation management system, which played an important role in ensuring the normal operation of the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) Shelter Hospital.
