Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of dietary guidance combined with psychological intervention in postoperative care of patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods A total of 100 postoperative patients with acute cholecystitis admitted by Tianjin First Central Hospital over the past 3 years were randomly divided into an observation group (50 cases) and a control group (50 cases). The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group was given additional dietary guidance and psychological intervention. Postoperative recovery, incidence of complications, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group showed significantly shorter postoperative recovery time, lower incidence of complications, and higher nursing satisfaction compared to the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Dietary guidance combined with psychological intervention effectively improves postoperative recovery, reduces incidence of complications, and enhances nursing satisfaction in patients with acute cholecystitis.
